Very Very Poor Service from start to finish and there after. Once they have taken your money they are not interested. Absolute shocking attitude from all the staff . My advise is simple without going in to too much detail , regardless if you are purchasing a new or used vehicle or taking your vehicle in for a service if it is possible go to an alternative retailer because this one does not know or care about customer satisfaction. 1 star is because I did not have the option of ZERO ( 0 ) .

Got my new NX450h+ from here, after almost 10 months of waiting. It was not the fault of the dealer as supply chain problem occurred everywhere in the last two years. The staff here had been very helpful and supportive during this wait time to keep me updated of the possible delivery time. Special thanks to Patrick, their staff taking care of the Lexus customers in this dealership, has been very helpful and professional. Patrick keep me updated on a very regular basis in the last 3 weeks before delivery and gave me detailed advice on the logistics of getting the car. He spent a lot of time answering my questions about the basic functions of the car on the day of handover, with great patience. I got to enjoy a nice cup of latte together with some really nice cookies while waiting in their cozy showroom for their final check-ups of the car on that day. Having been to other dealerships in other brands, I think his service is superb and customer-oriented. I am so glad that made this choice. It was worth the wait afterall.
