We have used Design AI for extending and renovating our home in Solihull. From the outset Andy provided a very personalised service enquiring about our short and long-term plans and tailored his suggestions to meet our requirements. He was very clear about his fees, the process and the timeframes involved. Andy is very approachable and responds very quickly to messages and email. We had a clear idea about what we wanted for certain areas of the house and Andy worked very well with us using his expertise to achieve maximum utilisation of space, good functionality as well as adding aesthetic elements. For the extension, he came up with a perfect solution that ticked all the boxes. All aspects of his work were completed according to schedule. His drawings are very meticulous, detailed and friends as well as tradesmen have appreciated them. He is very knowledgeable about the local planning guidelines and building regulations which made the whole process seemless. Whenever there was a hurdle in the planning permission, he was always on the case following it up till it was resolved. He also made recommendations for other professionals when asked but was never forceful about using the people he suggested. The building work is currently progressing and Andy has been a available when needed to offer advice. Overall we have had an excellent, professional and friendly service from Andy and would not hesitate to recommend Design AI to anyone for their building project.

We've worked with several architects in the past. Andy the best we've used. He listens and suggests rather than telling you what to do, and came up with excellent ideas for our major house renovation. The quality of his work top rate, and he's a very friendly personable guy as well. Highly recommend.

We would not hesitate to give Andy our highest recommendation. We were looking at a kitchen diner project, but also involving our Lounge area too. Andys advice in changing the lounge configuration was inspired! In addition his advice on all aspects of our proposed project were excellent. He is a lovely professional gentleman & nothing was ever too much trouble. We had not previously used an Architect or completed a Project. His guiding hand and comprehensive information and emails were brilliant. The process with Andy couldnt in our inexperienced opinion have gone any smoother. Our project, designed by Andy, is now coming to a conclusion and largely due to Andys design it looks fantastic.

Last year I started a project to rebuild a double garage for an old cottage. I had never worked on a build project before and had no idea where to start, except I knew I need and architect. I came across a Design AI Ltd through Google search and could see he had very good reviews. I was not disappointed, in fact I was very impressed with Andy. His attention to detail, support taking me through all the steps in the planning process, managing feedback and changes from the planning office and turning around everything I asked for promptly was second to none. Andy made the process look easy. He was able to put me in contact with everyone I needed too, which was a real help. Andy really is top class, very reliable and professional.
