Stood and waited for 15 minutes just to ask for a table and there was not 1 member of staff to be seen either at the bar or waitress/waiter floating about. Ended up giving up and leaving

It was clean and tidy, not busy at all. Considering this it took 10 minutes before we were shown to our table. Waitress was nice. SERVICE The cutlery came to the table it was dirty and sticky, so we asked for this to be changed. We ordered the food, considering it was not busy at all, this took 50minutes before it arrived, it was cold tasteless. I did notice, that people did come in and leave, this was due to the slow service. The best thing there was the cocktails, this was excellent. Paid a lot of money for tasteless cold food, I would not go there again for food or service as this was poor TBH, disgusting.

Overall not v good. The service was extremely slow, our food order was mixed up, nearly 4 for an unlimited coke which is no good when you only want 1. Food portions were small, most staff overworked or not interested. Only positive was they had an offer on for children eat free which really helps a family of 4! Would we come back again? Nope.
