We have recently used Richard and team for the decommissioning of an old wall mounted air conditioning unit and replacement with a new ceiling concealed version. The team were fantastic with us and took care of everything - We changed our minds regarding equipment and location through the process but nothing was too much trouble for Richard and the team. Recently had Climate Care come to my house as it gets very hot inside over thw summer so have wanted to try and resolve the issue. I was recommended a couple of diffrent options with cost breakdowns which was really helpful to make the right decision for me. The guys arrived on time on the day of installation, very professional and great manners. Job was completed and house was left in a very clean state, all items like pipework, aircon units etc installed very neat. I would very highly recommend Climate Care for there work and fantastic support. I will definitely be a returning customer and recommend them to anyone I know.

Richard and his team arrived on time and installed the air conditioning units with minimal disruption to my tiny house. Friendly and efficient, they kept me informed about what they were doing, and cleaned up beautifully after they were finished. Rich and the team have just completed an amazing job installing air con into 4 areas of our 3 story home, which involved high mounting the 80kg external unit up the wall, and running pipes 3 stories up. They are prompt, polite, friendly and the quality of the installation is spot on (and I'm fussy). No hesitation in recommending them, and I know I shall be using them again. Great team to work with.
