    AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!! Seller was meant to contact me first before dispatching sofa as I had some queries regarding delivery. I clearly stated that I live in a basement Flat on my address and its also clearly in my address as Basement and I also stated that I live alone therefore unless they can provide delivery to my actual house then I would not be able to continue with my order, the seller implied that the courier might be able to help in some instances then quickly dispatched the item without answering my queries and checking with me first, I contacted the courier and they said that this seller has a habit of doing this and under no circumstances whatsoever does the courier ever deliver the sofa down stairs. I contacted the firm and said I would like a full refund as I am not happy that they had mislead me, they eventually agreed to a full refund which I was entitled to. They lied on several occasions and kept saying they had provided a full refund including delivery costs and kept saying it would be within my account in a few days. Ive been trying to get the refund that they promised me for months, now they have u-turned for no reason and are telling me I need to pay the delivery costs and eBay selling fees before they will refund me, which is against the consumer act. If they do not provide a full refund including delivery costs I will be going to a tribunal as they have already lied on several occasions and admitted they owe me the money by committing to pay for it then not giving it to me. They are legally not allowed to u-turn for no reason when I have been waiting months now for my money that I was promised. They have left bad feedback on my account all because I have requested a refund and they have lied to ebay saying that I turned the courier away when they arrived at my house which is simply not true, I cancelled the order before it had even left the warehouse. I will be able to recoup all the costs, however, this company should be avoided at ALL costs.

    The worst company I have ever had to deal with! Nothing but two weeks of stress! Constantly messaging them to see when my sofa would be delivered! Very little conmucation, and very blunt replies! I wouldnt recommend anyone to use this company!!

    corner sofa delivered on a pallet, we unpacked it, slight amount of damage, they said they would send a repair kit but never did, tried to get in touch again but no reply, be careful !!!!

    I ordered 1 x 3 seater & 1 x 2 seater sofas on 23 February. The website boasts we usually deliver between 3 - 5 days but it can take up to 10 days. We will call 6 days before your furniture is delivered. I hadn't heard anything for 19 days so called them. A man answered telling me to ring him back in half an hour. I said I think you should call me back as I am a customer. He asked what I was calling for and when I told him he said my sofas were despatched today. I asked when delivery will be and he said Wednesday. I explained I was not going to be in and am home all day Tuesday also why hadn't kept me informed of the progress as maybe I could have made arrangements to be off work! He said the courier company will ring me. they did the following morning & said they wlll deliver tomorrow. I said I am work until 2.30 so won't be home until 3pm they said afternoon deilivery is from 12 oclock! I rang Furnico Village back and he said he will give me the head office number for the courier company and see if they can get the depot to change their mnds. After several calls back and forth I managed to find out that the depot they were at was only 2 miles from my house. I rang furnico again and he said he will pay extra on the delivery if they can do it today. Eventually I had a call from Pallet Force to say they will do it today after all and expect the driver around 1pm. At 3 oclock he arrived and said where shall I put them and point to the pavement. I said what do you mean and he said we are only paid to deliver to the pavement we don't bring them in!!!! I rang Furnico again and he said I will ring them and call you back. I rang the courier company after a few minutes waiting and they said he hasn't phoned but they do not deliver inside the house. I rang Furnico again and he said email all of this to him as he is trying to help. I've emailed but can't see what difference that will make as at present my furniture is stuck on a pallet waiting for me to get somebody to help me in with it. So basically the furniture may be a bit cheaper but quite frankly the service is appalling!! No updates on progress, no customer service and It cost 49 delivery fee to have it left outside, The guy from furnico said I paid extra for you to have it delivered today................as though he was doing me a favour!! He could't see that had he kept me informed and had his website stated they don't bring the furniture inside then we wouldn't have had all this stress and aggravation!!! Definitly never will buy from him again!!1
