Contacted this company late evening last night and 9am this morning I get a phone call to say the drainage person is on his way to do the service. It was for a CCTV Drainage Survey for my house. Penny who handled everything was so friendly and helpful and went out of her way to get this sorted for me and Dan who did the drain survey for me rang me a few times to go over everything and contacted my estate agents and mortgage company whilst still there to make sure all was fine before leaving. With a pandemic going on to be able to get this kind of service so fast and efficient, really means the world. Thank you so much

Requested a plumber called the day before waited until 12 pm nxt day heard nothing as was stated that someone will call back in the morning. Called back if message was passed to department hanged up called again put through to an answering machine awful customer service before carrying out the job . Wouldn't even over it a star.
