After visiting this morning as a family of five, we were very impressed with the service that we received. Sam is a very competent, knowledgeable and soft talking manager of the premises and gave us all the information and help we needed to choose the glasses to meet our needs as well as squeezing in another appointment for our youngest child. The whole process of ordering was extremely straightforward. The eye examiner Dr Zahima Mumtaz was amazing, the care and attention to detail for all five eye exams were professionally conducted with all queries answered and support with advice given. We really enjoyed our visit today and would like to thank Sam and especially Dr Zahima Mumtaz for everything. Thank you.
