        I bought a ring for my mom as a surprise gift so I wasn't completely sure about the size . I ended up buying a size which turned out to be too big for my mom . We went back there and told them it was too big so they got my mom's exact size and told us to come back the following week. We came back and they said it wasn't ready yet . When we finally received the ring it was made too tight even after getting my mom's exact size and they charged an additional 50 for get it resized . To make this worse, they almost completely changed the design. The entire base of the ring had been changed. There were ridges on the ring which were slightly sharp which we requested for them to make smooth and after receiving it back nothing have been done to them.
