        The service we received from Ashok and the lovely teens supporting on a busy Saturday afternoon was outstanding. They were all attentive, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout our time at the store and we were in there for a good couple hours! I would definitely recommend Friends Jewellers to anyone looking for a trusted jeweller

        Visited recently: Contrary to the name: I found this place to be an unfriendly/ unwelcoming shop. I wanted to sell my gold & the young woman who served me wasnt pleasant. Short of a smile or greetingShe had the cheek to ask for an up -front payment of 15 to check carat using gold gun?! (Lol this a first for me speaking as an experienced gold seller I have visited loads of gold jewellers in my time & no one has EVER asked for a paymentfor a petty zap)! Honestly!! I found her manner rude & unprofessional Seriously, just putting the question out?Do all customers get treated like this in her shop? Or is it the visibly Muslim customerswho get the sub- standard experience here? (Probably the latter ! given the many negative reviews left by Muslims here)!! I couldnt believe my earshas she then tried to justify the up front charge by explaining how she is ..vulnerable to radiation! A word of advice:You do not pass on occupational hazards to your customers. Not a good look .
