        Worse company ever staff haven't git a clue about care and the receptionist isn't old enough to leave school so rude unprofessional has no clue about care absolute joke, you do get the odd career who is brilliant but they employ anyone and kids who don't give a dam about anything.

        I agree with the reviews for this company. A disgraceful company that treat their service users with no care at all. One of the careers berated my grandmother in Urdu (her language) and refused to feed her for evening call. When I tried to speak to the receptionist about it they hanged up and yelled at me for complaining. I really recommend everyone to STAY AWAY! The entire company is ran by 2 receptionist who know nothing about care and even encourage their careers To NOT do their jobs at all. Please stay Away , if there was a negative rating I would give it.. me and my family are better of having left, I hope CrestStar is investigated for neglect and abuse of clients!

        This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. A receptionist runs the company on the daily basis. They treat the elderly clients horribly and dont pay there employees completely and if it was possible I would have given them 0 starts. This company is absolutely disgraceful and I would definitely recommend to stay away.
