No manners at all. September 2022, the work coach was absolutely rude. She had no manners at all. Forced me to agree to the commitments and made me feel so small!

Cant even begin how to describe this place and their staff. I have received no help with looking for work, I want to work but with my disabilities its very hard to find somewhere suitable for me I have not received no appointments to even help me start somewhere, I have not received no payment despite being out of work for 3 months as on their system it appears Im in education and earning over 1,400..would I really be asking for help as the job centre if I was earning that much??! Despite the fact I have told them so many times over and over that I have no income and I am not earning anything, proof has been brought in and still seem to not pay me. I speak to a different person every single time which results in me repeating myself every-time so it just shows they cant be bothered to read the notes. no wonder people go out swearing and angry or upset, no wonder why people end their lifes because they are receiving no help or are being spoken down too. I also have disabilities that require me being afraid of being out in public or public transport and yet they couldnt care about that and want me to join groups where they have them at the job centre? Like are you being for real. I have acrophobia and youre asking a person with acrophobia to constantly travel public transport to you and be surrounded by people which causes so many problems for me. Its like asking a person with no legs to go swimming in deep water??? Doesnt make any sense. Im on the verge of giving up, I cant deal with this no more, I had less stress without any support I wish I never reached out for help, it only makes you worse.
