Stephen Godber Funerals Ltd

So far so good. After being terribly let down by Roberts & Brainless, Godbers (so far) have achieved more in 1 day than the others achieved in our 1 week of chasing. Plus, they don't refer to our Dad as "the body", but rather... By his name and by Dad I'll be sure to update this review after the funeral. So far the experience is well above what we've had elsewhere.

Thank you for everything you have done for my family and I regarding my Dads funeral, from sitting down and planning it with Dad, to helping us carry out his wishes for his service and all fine details when the time came. Rachael and the team at Stephen Godbers Funerals are so incredibly professional in everything that they do. They treat the family and the familys loved one that has passed, with so much care and respect throughout the whole funeral journey ( pre / during and post funeral). Rachael and the team are really kind and sensitive, and treat your loved one with respect, care and dignity. Everything Dad wanted was arranged and organised brilliantly. Any questions or amendments we had, Rachael answered and took care of it for us quickly, efficiently and above all with so much care and professionalism. Thank you from our hearts for helping us with Dads celebration of his life. You helped us do Dad proud. Rachel and her team as always were very professional and caring, this is the second time this year i have had to call on their services and both times i received excellent service. Thankyou Rachel for making a very sad day go without any hiccups

I want to commend Rachel and the team at Stephen Godber funerals ltd. in Smethwick for being a real credit to their profession and company. My Dad was in the best of hands and I know he would have been delighted with the most respectful and dignified send off organised by Rachel. I and my family are really grateful for the help, support and empathy given over the last 10 weeks and extend a heartfelt Thank you.
