I am very please to write and recommend Dhaliwal Builders. We recently completed a garage conversion and flat roof extension with Dhaliwal builders. Not only did they meet the expectations set by us and neighbours, considering we had to go through full planning and building regulation. My neighbours also said to me, whole team of Dhaliwal builders were excellent. From the start of our design process through construction and follow-up, Dhaliwal demonstrated their professionalism, expertise, customer service, and true passion for their business. It is clear that their true purpose is to ensure their clients complete satisfaction, and each and every individual from owners to carpenter, to contractors put in the time, effort, and energy to ensure that they accomplish this goal. Dhalilwal builders clearly outlined expectations for budget and timeline, and worked with us to adjust and fine-tune both as needed. Ultimately, our project was completed on budget and within time frame (give or take a few additional days due lockdown and issue with availability of material). The weekly meetings during construction are very organized and efficient, including agendas sent in advance to ensure alignment on open topics/issues. If any questions or issues arise, Dhaliwal builders goes above and beyond to ensure they are addressed immediately. Team is very considerate, we have a very young 4 months old child and 6 months old, to ensure that our 4 months old baby would not be accidentally awoken by an unexpected noise. Such a minor issue was treated with a very impressive sense of urgency. Not only are we extremely pleased with the final result of our garage conversion and first floor flat roof extension, but we are also excited to have found a reputable, respectable, trustworthy company to partner with again in the future. The team at Dhaliwal builders becomes more than a construction partner; they become trusted friends who you know have your best interests at heart.
