        Booked taxi for return flight from Birmingham airport in advance. Driver on dropping us of at Birmingham airport took both journeys fair 60. Gave him flight details as manager at taxi firm asked us to. So they could monitor our return flight. Landed waited an hour called repeatedly no answer. NONTAXI HAD TO CALL UBER AND PAY 50 to get home. Will not be using ever again after years of using this firm and recommending them to Family friends and clients. Do not use this firm rip off merchants will be reporting to sandwell tomorrow first thing.
