Worst salon in birmingham. The place looks decent but the the lady is not nice at all.

Very unprofessional and poor service. I do not recommend this place at all. She gave me highlights which werent blended at all and the color was completely different from what I asked for. The lady only offered to put gloss over my hair and ignored the fact that my hair wasnt blended properly. A professional would admit that her work didnt satisfy her client and would offer a refund but she just wanted to get paid and didnt care if I was happy with my hair or not. She also made me feel very unwelcome the whole time I was at the salon and got angry when I asked a couple questions about my hair. Please save your money and go somewhere else. Service: Balayage

Ive had a wash, cut and blowdry a few times here and service each time has been excellent, I always leave really happy with how my hair looks.

Best salon in Birmingham for hair colour. Especially if you have dark hair and youre looking to have ash blonde, this is the place to go to. The staff are lovely. Best wishes guys and keep up the amazing work of art Zeynab xx

A new customer as I rarely sway from my usual hair dresser who was unavailable. The salon was flexible enough to fit me in with short notice so I was already happy with that. But I left even more impressed; the gentleman dried, straightened and cut my hair - how he managed to give my hair volume and a thick look after its been thinning out for years - is beyond me. But talent is talent and we cant deny when its there. Lovely service and pretty salon. Will definitely be visiting again
