Jewels Conference Suite

Do not book this venue for your special and important events. They really sell the venue to you prior to taking the deposit. After taking the deposit, they either ignore your calls or feed false promises. They didn't fix the holes in the dance floor as promised. We were also told the hall will be getting refurbished in April but nothing has changed. Centre pieces were not the ones we selected. Food was terrible, all our guests felt the same which was embarrassing for us. The waiting staff are slow and ignore your requests, one lady snapped at me for asking for dessert. Our request for rice and naan on the table was ignored 4 times!!! They kicked us out of the venue at 5pm even though our booking was till 6. The bouncers threatened to cut the djs wires and we were ushered out. Conveniently management were no we're to be seen at this point. Overall a horrible experience. In response to your reply: there was not enough food for each table hence why people were asking for more to be brought to each table, though most of these requests were ignored. The centre pieces were not the ones selected so it's yourselves that need to pay attention. Your response reveals the level of respect you generally have for your customers, no apology just turning the blame on us. Please take lessons in customer service.

Worst experience ever, whatever you do do not book through this disgusting place and if you do book and use a debit card or credit card DO NOT USE BANK TRANSFER.

Attended this venue, very professional and friendly staff, excellent service, lovely hall very nicely decorated and very clean highly recommend
