        I would like to thank tsb cape hill for showing empathy and kindness in dealing with me today , a little kindness goes along way so they say . Today I would like to thank the staff on reception and a manager who went over and above with helping me through a difficult situation. This was on the 21/04/2023 between 11.00amd 11.45 am. I am so grateful for the effort you all put in and now know why I bank with the tsb ..
