I started my fitness journey from a state of no exercise and bad food for close to 5 years. Michael started me off slowly and I'm now at the gym twice a week with a dedicated workout for each visit. Michael is a great personal trainer and I would recommend him to anyone.

Michael is an amazing trainer! From hating any type of exercise (& using any excuse to not do any) I actually now look forward to my sessions! Although I have a long way to go on my journey I feel fitter & stronger than ever.

trained with Michael for about two years working on general fitness and flexibility with a view to keeping weight off and strength up as I move into "more senior years" . Training is always different and interesting with a variety of schedules put together to achieve goals. Michael is encouraging and manages to get you to go places your mind says is not possible!

Ive been working with Michael for 10 months now, and Im writing this review on the day I reached my weight loss goal. Ive lost 26 kilos, going from 102 kilos down to 76. Michael is a truly excellent trainer. Hes equally at home helping people looking to lose weight as with those building muscle. He has a base of knowledge that means you can always trust his guidance, whether thats in relation to training, diet or any other element of personal fitness. The programme he worked out for me, mixing sessions with him in the gym with running and a macro diet, helped me shift a HUGE amount of weight, and frankly my life is much improved. Ive had a couple of other personal trainers over the years, and while they had their strengths I think Michael is very, very hard to beat. He takes his job seriously, hes knowledgeable and approachable and he gets results. Ive often picked up injuries when working with other people, but this hasnt happened with Michael, which is no accident. If you can get to him, you should work with him. I cant recommend him strongly enough.
