Spent over a year with another physio, masseuse and acupuncturist and was still no nearer to a resolution to my muscular issues. Then saw Rich. He pinpointed my issue on first visit, gave me exercises to complete at home and continues to support my progress through massage and dry needling. I was in pain for a number of years but my issues are now more than manageable with Richs support. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for physio and/or a PT

Have been using Richard for a number of years and he has always been amazing at fixing numerous injuries. Friendly and a first class service. Highly recommend.

Rich is welcoming and knowledgeable. Ive been under his treatment for various injuries, seeing him regularly over the last few years. I wouldnt go to anyone else and trust he has the best techniques to fix any injuries/issues. He will also happily liaise with doctors to form the most appropriate treatment plan.

Rich is incredibly knowledgeable in all his fields, he is welcoming, easy to talk to and very passionate about what he does. I was attending for some general postural issues which he immediately recognised and was able to give corrective treatments for. Since then I have been back for a back injury and since that treatment I dare say the pain has subsided almost completely giving me the confidence to start my training again. All in all I highly recommend his services to anyone.
