As investors, we deal with a lot of estate agents, and honestly most appear to know little or nothing at all about the houses, and add zero value to the process. We found Ian to be very easy to deal with, prompt to reply when we contacted him (which was a lot, and over a long period of time because we were buying into a new development). Most importantly Ian was helpful and effective as a go between to negotiate with the developer. All in all we were happy with how things went - the process was slow, but that was more to do with buying a new build in a conservation area. As far as we can see, Ian held up his end of the bargain well. Thanks

Bovingdons were brilliant throughout our house purchase. We had a lot of questions about the house before we decided to go for it - Ian was very knowledgeable and made sure to provide us with the correct information by coming back to us with answers to questions that needed more research, which we found reassuring. Ian was also easy to reach at every stage, making the periods when we under time pressure less stressful.
