Having used Crown and getting such awful service I moved to John Banks I then requested Crown take my name off their mailing list. Obviously GDPR means nothing to them so they haven't bothered and now they have the audacity to send out marketing material with no stamp and I have to spend 2.50 at the post office as I don't know what the mail is only to chuck it in the bin. Talk about totally inefficient
