Asked for one delivery to several boats. Not allowed (risk of spillage) so they were unable to help. Gentleman that I spoke to was exceptionally helpful and made some suggestions that would be legal solutions. It turned out that none of these would have been cost effective but the fact that he took the time to help was very much appreciated.

These guys and gals are great. Fantastic customer service, friendly delivery drivers and always deliver when they say they will. I found them when frantically searching for anyone who could deliver oil at short notice after being let down by a big company in the middle of winter with very little left on the tank and a young baby to keep warm. I phoned to place my order and to ask for the quickest delivery they had. The lovely guy on the phone asked if I had any oil left, I said not very much and bubs cried in the background. He immediately asked if that was my little one, I said yes and he checked to see when he could get a driver out to me ASAP to make sure we were kept warm. I have never gone anywhere else since, and they have never let me down on service or on price. You can't go wrong with these guys. Even at the height of the pandemic if they said they'd deliver by a specific day, they were there.

Delivering my fuel means that the driver has to go through my next door neighbour's garden, then climb a fence to get to my tank as I have no rear access. This is never an issue for them even though it is quite awkward. Excellent service!!
