On behalf of Norfolk Schools FA I'd like to leave Jan's Coaches a 5 star review. Whilst on a 5 day trip to Belgium and the Netherlands Bill our driver for the week was professional, competent and great company. The coach was very comfortable and I'd highly recommend Jan's Coaches to any schools or organisations.

This company took a year 10 school trip to London today and their coach broke down on the way home, London side of Harlow. Their coach also broke down on a previous trip causing hours of delay. My child, along with many others, has been standing in the cold & dark on the side of the M11 for over an hour while this lot scramble to send a working vehicle from Soham!! I REALLY hope thought is given to which coach company is used the next time a school trip is organised.

Would give zero stars if it were an option. Their coach broke down bringing a school trip my child was on back from the Isle of Wight - hours in the heat waiting for another coach to arrive. This evening their coach has broken down on the M11 bringing an art trip to London back home. A coach full of kids stuck on the side of the M11 during rush hour in the cold and dark, waiting for another coach to be sent out to rescue them. Couldnt make it up.
