I attended a tool chest making course with Bill in 2022. He's a wonderful tutor. I couldn't have asked for a more fulfilling experience over the week and have taken home some lifelong skills. I cut my first dovetail (followed by about 50 more) and spent many, many hours using planes, saws and chisels. There's no better way of learning than actually using tools with your hands, especially under the guidance of Bill. If you're looking to build a super solid set of skills with woodworking handtools in a genuine small workshop environment then look no further. Not to mention the workshop is beautiful and I have stunning poplar tool chest which I'm hugely proud of to show for it. Thanks Bill, I might be back.

The chair making course was great fun and even more informative, would recommend to anyone trying to improve their woodworking skills and will definitely be looking at other courses with Bill in the future

Thank you Bill for the Chair Making Course which I immensely enjoyed and for sharing your knowledge, expertise and experience and all the other hints and tips too. Its good that you are willing to help and encourage others and hopefully keep hand tool woodworking alive. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bills courses whether you are new to woodworking or are experienced to any level. A great week! I've also received great comments from everybody who has seen the finished chair at home.
