        We visited the cage in this branch of Waitrose. I had a lovely cup of Americano (coffee), served with milk in a China jug and sugar of my choice. My wife had hot chocolate, and she also had a blueberry muffin while I ate a lemon and fruit Danish pastry. It was really well presented and the service was outstanding. Couple that with a quiet atmosphere where you can converse without shouting to be heard, and you get the picture. The shopping experience here is much as you would expect from any other Waitrose and as an older guy it suits me to find a quieter slightly less frenetic environment. I would like to see more in the way of low packaging impact goods like the fill your own container to be found in a few branches, but I guess we will have to wait a bit longer for that to come around. Overall, a brilliant experience considering it is shopping

        Went to the Chipping Sodbury store Good Friday. Not sure if there was a problem with the lighting or if it was a trying to save money by reducing their electricity bill. The shop was so dark some f the isles not illuminated at all. Gave up as it was like being in a cave. Left without purchasing anything.
