We got our car on the 17/03/2023. 5 days later, I started to notice mechanical faults when driving the vehicle. I called the motoring world warranty to explain the faults I have noticed on the 23/03/2023 about 09:54. Motoring world advised I take the vehicle to the mechanic and to get the mechanic to call them regarding the faults. I did as advised, took the car to my local mechanic (Terrain Vehicles) 31/03/2023 and I sent an email to Motoring World that day and called the Motoring World as advised. On that same day, my mechanic (Terrain Vehicle) called Motoring World and Motoring World stated that they will call Terrain Vehicle. Motoring World called and booked for one of their mechanics to come to Terrain Vehicle to check the vehicles faulty noticed. The booking was made for today (11/04/2023) but was no show from Motoring World mechanic, despite me calling around 4pm today (11/04/2023), I spoke to a lady who advised me to wait and stated they do come at the end of the closing time. The mechanic waited and now it is 19:00, there is still no show from Motoring World mechanic and no reason as to why they did not turn up. I am rather disappointed as I have a child with disabilities and requires a vehicle to be present for his outdoor activities. This is giving me so much stress and Anxiety and very upset
