        Really nice staff that showed us around and introduced us to the resident pets as well as the ones waiting for forever homes. Very helpful with advice on what we needed for new birds

        Good selection of animals and supplies. But didn't get to see the animals that we really wanted to see. Very much got the impression that we wasn't welcome. Wanted to browse what reptiles they had, but was asked to leave the room to let them clean a tank out in the middle of the floor, with supplies spread all over the room. Disappointing as we traveled 20 miles to visit off of a recommendation, which we did mention when we arrived. We was actually looking for my Christmas present, and ended up purchasing from a different store. Probably won't be going back
