Honestly this is an absolute circus of a post office. If this represents the Royal Mail across the breadth of the UK then I honestly hope the industrial action causes the service to collapse altogether so sellers have to use other couriers. In the last 2 weeks Ive had one valuable package lost or presumably stolen by the driver after they updated my tracking with an attempted delivery (they didnt try, I have cctv) which the actual manager of the branch cant locate. In the same period Ive had another parcel completely miss its generous 12 day expected delivery time and is absolutely nowhere to be seen. As Ive said, if this is a reflection on the service nationwide the Royal Mail is in trouble. Regardless, this branch is a joke and I honestly wish I lived somewhere else.

Don't deliver parcels on the day they are supposed to and the lie about why they weren't delivered! Marked as driveway or front door not accessible when I live on a normal road with a completely open drive and front door. I was also on the drive washing the car when it was marked undeliverable... So complete and utter lie. Usual Royal Mail. Not the first time and won't be the last. Why does this service still exist??

They still have my medication they were meant to deliver 3 weeks ago. 1 hour on the phone 1 day, 1 hour another day... just told to call 111 if I need meds. Inwas overdue by the time they were meant to deliver, waited and waited and then waited for doctors days to sort 2 weeks meds then Christmas! Out of meds and still... no meds delivered by royal mail. Pharmacy 2u and royal mail have caused many people such distress. I can't pick my meds up from the office as I'm told it has to be sent out first! Cruel.
