OK, 2 stars - after reading the most recent reviews I sensed a theme going on and unfortunately I have to agree re the attitude of the M&S staff. Disinterested, no manners whatsoever and a look at you like you're trash off the street. How do these people get hired with such appalling attitudes? Retraining comes to mind.
BTW- I have been served by the cafe team before and they were the complete opposite and genuinely nice people.

The Holborough lakes branch is managed by a very rude young lady, who does't merit been a staff let alone a manager. When there to buy M&S vouchers, payment transactions did't go through because of poor mobile network. Following day i realised i was charged for 2 vouchers without been given the vouchers, asked for a refund and instead of processing the refund, was evasive, uncouth and rude
