        Bought a good used power steering pump , the website promised next day delivery, after a week it hadn't arrived. After chasing up it finally arrived but the bushing felt shot, huge amount of play in drive shaft. I fitted it anyway to be sure and power steering fluid leaking through bushing straight away. Sent back for refund but claremont tried to say i had been refunded twice and demanded reimbursement. Kept getting harrassing emails over this, had to send screen shots of my paypal account transactions to prove otherwise! All resolved eventually, Claremont originally offered to cover return postage but never received this.
