        Purchased the SnzPod 4 and when I had finished building I had noticed there was a small tear at the seam of the front netting on part X. I straight away took a couple of pictures of the issue, and sent an email to the email address stated in the instruction booklet. The next working day I heard from Demi asking about the issue and for my proof of purchase and the batch number. The next morning after sending these to Demi I had an order recieved email for a replacement part being sent out which will be with me in the next couple of days. The customer service from Demi has been amazing and the issue has been dealt with so efficiently. Hopefully you wont have any issue with your product, but if you do, the customer service is brilliant! Baby absolutely loves her SnzPod 4 after outgrowing her moses basket; she now has so much more room, whilst the Pod still fits in the same area. Very happy with the product and the service received.
