I rang up to order a new mattress cover and their answer was your not the first person to ring up and ask but we don't sell them. I just don't understand how you make them but don't sell them separately for customers. I thought you had good ethics as a company but now my bed is unusable as I need a new cover and don't believe it is good for the environment to have to replace the whole matress

The service that I received from The Little Green Sheep was superb. I ordered some of their products through a different online retailer. I attempted to contacted the retailer to no avail, so I reached out to The Little Green Sheep and the issue was resolved within a matter of minutes. Honestly an incredible service, especially as the original purchase was not through them directly. Thank you again
