DPD Phone support is even worse than the most backward 3rd world country. The phone operators cant understand English, are totally rude and absolutely obstructive - this is their HELP line - not at all hepful. Done use DPD E V E R !!!!

Shambles. Parcel was being delivered then said could not find me, photo taken of somewhere a couple of miles away not my house, contacted several times each time told something different, then they said they had lost the parcel and raising a CCTV to locate it, then contacted seller who said they spoke to them and were told it would be delivered yesterday again did not arrive, contacted today told it was lost again, contacted seller as DPD said no seller had contacted and told me they had lied (we know who has lied), contacted seller again to tell them this, then got message to say cosigner requested return....DUH how can they return a lost parcel... what a joke they are possibly the worst company to deal with and not at all helpful all read from a script and never resolve anything, just asked seller again to clarify they have requested a return. I doubt it very much.... DO NOT use DPD

Absolutely useless, took a day off work to wait in for an important parcel and the half wit who was supposed to be delivering it took a picture of a random house on a different street and drove off without delivering anything. No way to complain, so had to rearrange for it be delivered to a local shop in 2 days time.

So after trying to deliver a parcel last Friday .took it back to warehouse .I rang Friday to see if I could pick it up they said no .we don't have walk in to collect . Today and it's been disposed of rang.dont use these
