        I took my cat for a check up today as she had teary eyes. I was advised on the phone to go to this clinic instead of my local Goddard because the doctor is an eye specialist, and that the check up would be 49. After the visit, the doctor says it is nothing unusual, just normal for the cat breed. I approached reception for payment and she handed me the total of 80. Not impressed, I said I was told a price on the phone for the check up and this is what I was prepared to pay. Doctor was prepared and professional, although the receptionist experience was very disappointing.
