Sumo Fresh

One of the best Sushi spots in London and the only restaurant I crave at least once a week. Everything at Sumo Fresh is great from the service to the food and price point. If you do go you have to get the crispy ika as a starter, its the best crispy squid I've had at any restaurant. The spicy edamame is always amazing and any of the sushi rolls are delicious!! Also the cocktails are great!

We went of an afternoon as the craving for sushi kicked in when the sun came out. Understandably a weekday afternoon isn't usually the busiest time for restaurants, so we were the only people in which we didn't mind too much. Overall, the sushi and cocktails (happy hour) were really great! I have marked down one star as we ordered some main dishes that we didn't really enjoy much, so I would recommend sticking to the sushi which is 10/10! Service was great from our waiter, totally forgotten his name, but was brilliant. The owner was also around and regularly came to our table to speak with us about the food and also swoon over our baby a little! Really lovely guy with a fantastic team. We will be back.
