        Completely inattentive staff, had to wait almost 10 mins for help at the only till and staff were blocking almost all aisles at peak shopping time. This is a weekly occurrence.

        This is our favourite Marks and Spencer store for food as the service is always so friendly. Today was no exception with Asha who went to great lengths to sort out an issue we had with a "Meal Deal". Five stars.
