I had my first session with Mustapha at Motioncare a couple of weeks ago and has taken me while to write this review as I really wanted to do it justice! I had mobility issues in my shoulders which was causing me issues at the gym. Previously going to another Osteopath and having no joy, I was just going to try and muscle through the discomfort however, I came across Motioncare and thought I'd try again and I am so pleased I did. Mustapha is a very welcoming and friendly individual that has created a space to match his personality, relaxed and calming. He was patient to help me understand what is going in my body surrounding my issues and very informative. The treatment on the day was very much needed. As I tend to have very tight knots in my muscles, massages tend to be painful for me however, Mustapha took great care and not only was the massage relaxing, it was pain free and I felt amazing afterwards. Hands down the best massage I've had. I left the session feeling confident and relieved that I now know how to best help my body and it's needs. Mustapha is brilliant at what he does. Professional, genuine and caring. Highly recommended. I look forward to my next session.

Mustapha is a very empathetic and professional trainer. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about exercises and training modalities, always taking the time to find the most effective and comfortable option.

Fantastic! Has great knowledge and expertise in both PT and therapies for MSK injuries. Can not recommend Mustapha highly enough.
