        A very nice residential home. Friendly staff and a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere. Feels homely, not too polished but definitely not grubby. Rated good by CQC.

        My father is constantly here and like most businesses In would say good & bad staff. However he is clearly being taken advantage of and manipulate d by the staff to keep the funding for his stay. Yet refuse a simple dementia test despite my concerns after caring for several members of my family knowing the signs & SIMPLY upon staying there instead guest room upon a visit (at a charge) which went up whilst there as they criticised us going out to theatre as this meant i was potentially just seeking a free holiday (visiting from a holiday town in Cornwall)this of course was hilarious & esp the 3rd degree burns when I nipped in Dad's shower after cleaning flat & reported yet instead of thankyou I was scolded (literally) for using yet it turned out whole boiler system was faulty go figure!
