    I trained with Matt at Kit Fitness for three years and he was hands down the best trainer Ive ever had. Matt was experienced in the type of lifting I wanted to do and took me from struggling to lift 20kg to lifting over 100kg, all the time being patient and reinforcing the importance of technique and mobility. Matt also trained me throughout the Covid pandemic, ensuring a safe environment to train (first on Zoom, then coming to train in my garden) and also supporting my mental health with fitness and friendship during that time. Matt changed the way I think about working out and what my body can do. After years of suffering with depression and eating disorders Ive gone from being obsessed with the lowest number on the scales to being empowered by the bigger numbers I can lift - and because of that I am forever grateful to both Matt and Kit.

    Nicole is an amazing trainer. She coached me back to fitness after having my first child. She has a holistic approach and helps you to define your goals and ambitions for your health with exercise. She also works on overcoming challenges to getting/staying fit and healthy. Nicole has excellent knowledge of the body and muscle groups, targeting specific areas that need work. Shes patient and good fun. I love working with her and cant recommend her enough.

    I had Kit as my personal trainer for about 3 years, and I was very sorry when he relocated abroad. Extremely knowledgeable PT. Not just focusing on set routines like some other PTs, but able and willing to explain the benefits exercises and stretches in each session. Also gave sound advice on my daily nutrition and sleeping habits. Kit did a lot of research rgarding my sudden illness, and helped rebuild my cardio. I highly recommend Kit to anyone looking for a Personal Trainer.

    Ive been training with Kit Fitness for a number of years now, initially with Kit himself, who is an excellent PT and really helped me achieve great results. For the past 4 months Ive been training with Jerome and have continued to receive high quality one on one training sessions. Jerome is polite, professional well organised and structured and consistently comes up with a great range and variety of exercises which never feel repetitive and also ensure that the various muscle groups are developed, interspersed with a good mix of cardio and toning. I always feel challenged in every session and, whilst they are demanding, Im always left feeling energised and accomplished afterwards. Would highly recommend Jerome, Kit and the entire team at Kit Fitness!

    Kit is an excellent PT. He takes the time to get to you know your goals and motivations and then tailors your workout accordingly. He always mixes it up- I never got bored! And my strength, endurance and mobility hugely improved when Kit was training me. Lots of fun too- we always had a laugh! 100% recommend him.
