Little Diamonds

I worked here for a few months. Unfortunately my time was cut short due to unprecedented personal circumstances. The owners were great to me throughout my time here and so was my senior, Masum. I learnt alot here during my journey and felt part of a family. The atmosphere was very warm and accommodating and I still look back and remember the good times I shared here. The directors take pride in their business and put others before themselves. They want to give back to the community. It's a great run nursery. I wish Little Diamonds nothing but the best. They care so much about the children and their staff members

I am extremely disheartened due to my experience with this nursery. The staff members failed to follow safeguarding procedures while my son was there, which is a huge concern for any parent. Additionally, the nursery is very disorganised and lacks any sense of structure. My son's contract was terminated and the nursery refused to use my childcare grant during the last month of his stay, which was completely unfounded and adverse for me and my son. Furthermore, the nursery provided very little feedback on my child's progress and daily habits, which made me feel uninformed and disconnected from my child's development. To top it off, the nursery charges extra fees to some parents who receive financial assistance (in my case a student finance grant) for their child's fees, which I think just reflects the ethos of this nursery. I would strongly advise anyone considering a place for their child here to read the contract in detail before making a decision.
