One of my neighbours had a very bad experience in this shop. Very rude and got followed by the person from this shop. Don't bother shopping in there.

We used this local shop as our UPS access point. A while back the elderly lady demanded us "storage fee" for dropped packages. We are confused and asked UPS, UPS said it is illegal for the shop owner to ask for storage fee as we paid UPS, and UPS paid her. We just tried to drop some other packages and she verbally abused my wife, saying "bad woman" along great attitudes and ask my wife never drop packages there again. I think she only demanded money from a few because we are always ultra polite we are among the sheep, thus guess it must be us complained to UPS. Big mistake. To be fair, today her son is also there. Her son fought for my wife saying to his mom it's not right to treat my wife this way as UPS paid her. She drove her son out of the store. Sorry for the trouble to the son but thank you as people should have some basic honours.

If using for UPS service, go anywhere else. They will fraudulently charge you 1 for a random plastic wallet they claim is part of the UPS service and force you to buy fruit to get the minimum spend up. Bizarre, unfair and very rude. Just go to South Woodford
