Nails of Promise

I arrived with acrylic nails done very badly from another nail salon and the lady who helped me was wonderful! I thought my nails would be ruined but I had a comfortable take off and manicure! I felt like I was in the best of hands and will definetly make this my only nail salon!

I went nails of promise today probably my 3rd visit as my usual place was busy. I am disgusted at how I was treated by Tony. The technicians were lovely. He made my friends child cry while my friend was having a pedicure. The way he spoke to a child. He has his own child there. Talking to a child like that is unacceptable no matter.. kiss my arse he would get sued if there are kids, a well behaved child too. Bulls. I'm finished and then they try to charge me extra for taking the shellac off my toes that they done back in April. No mention of that at all in the hour or so I was there. Then Tony proceeds to tell me he doesn't appreciate me talking in my language to my friend... none of his business.. then he tells me to go somewhere where I belong and suggested forest gate. That is indirect discrimination. When I challenged him he told me to get out and never return to the salon. Never in a million years . Disgusting behaviour. Arrogant and rude.... I promise I won't be going back

Nails Of Promise Gants Hill.Just had very horrible situation this morning!i booked appointment last week for my nails done for 22 September and today I received text that they cunceled my appointment as i didnt come last time (i was ill in hospital and didnt even think about my nails or appointment) and i didn't let them know.so i called to the salon and ask them if i can come there at all .owner said that im not welcome there anymore and im not alow to enter that salon.they never say to me them rules.im juat in shock Owner was so rude to me and said to me after u came out from hospital u should remember about as and call as.i can not bealive People only think about money!!!!!Tony you not that polite like you pretand!!!

What i really appreciate, is that they speak English. I dont like people conversing about my nails and toes and pointing and i dont know what they are saying. Then asking for money in fantastic English! The staff at NAILS OF P are curteous and accomodating. I enjoy my cup of tea and vogue magazine. Lovely!!

Got my nails done there for the first time ever. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they were kind enough to explain everything in detail to me and put all my apprehensions to ease. Absolutely loved it and i would recommend it to everyone especially first timers like me! Keep it up! :D
