        Highly rude. My mum needed some help getting her ring size measured and the lady sat there was very rude, saying they dont offer that service. When I asked thats highly unusual for a jewellery shop not to help with that, she asked if we will buy any ring from them. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Will not recommend

        Like others have said, customer service here is terrible. Both times I've been here the sales assistant has been so rude and unwelcoming. The first time we were looking for a wedding ring and were made to feel very uncomfortable. I was reluctant to go back but someone recommended them. However, second visit was just as bad. I won't go again.
