I have to say I thought maybe it was me but the reviews resonate with my only two visits there. I received a gift that I wanted to exchange and as I walked in I asked if it was possible to Ex (thats all I managed to get out of my mouth) before being asked do I have a receipt! I replied it was and again before I said gift , she said no cannot exchange and looked down carrying on with her labelling. I thought ok give her the benefit of the doubt maybe shes having a bad day or maybe she thought I stole the outfit and was trying to pull a fast one . Soooooo today I went up there today and again the same lady was clearly shutting up shop counting at the till. I tapped on the window and ask if I could just ask a question about a sleeping bag that I needed . Respectfully I waited as she was counting the till, so I waited and waited and waited. I appreciate she doesnt have to open the door and she could have just said sorry we are closed or I cannot open the door Im alone. She chose to carry on counting leaving me to wonder if she knew I was still waiting. She then looks up walks to the back of the shop puts her coat on and switches lights off. Why couldnt she have acknowledged me and say sorry closed instead of making me wait and wait ???? Rude

Lovely items but terrible terrible terrible customer service!! One lady who works here is so frosty, abrupt and rude, she will drive away all the customers!!! I think she is in the wrong job clearly, if you hate your job so much do something else. All the other reviews clearly agree. Avoid this place and shop online.

First time visiting this store and couldnt find any downsides. The two ladies were really lovely and keen to help me. Customer service was great! The things I bought werent cheap, but there is high quality, which is most important for our little ones. Everything is very clean and organised. Will definitely come back.
