Its been a year since I sold my flat and we moved into our beautiful home! Vince and his team managed both sides for us so brilliantly, (maybe it helped that we bribed him by promising to name our new kitten Vinnie if we got the house), but one had to do whats necessary! Vinnie is really enjoying his pad, and living up to his name is a local legend and continues to gain new territory. Cat bribery aside, would highly recommend Eeleven thanks Vince!

When it came to selling our property Vince was fantastic. An amazing eye for detail when the photos were taken, attentive and responsive during calls and he even helped us negotiate with the agents for the property we were buying. Honestly, a faultless service.

From the first conversation enquiring about viewing the property to actually to moving in was such a supportive experience. With all the ups and downs of buying and selling Vince, Harry and the team were there to listen and help. We cant recommend them enough. Its really rare to find a group of people who are willing to go that extra mile for you. Thanks to them our dream as come true and they will always be welcome to pop by and have a cuppa in our new home.

E11 were one of the many estate agents we contacted when we were looking for a new home and they were by far the best. Nothing was too much trouble for Vince, Harry & the team and they were helpful, honest and straightforward throughout the whole process. Even when there were trying moments as first time buyers, E11 were able to always offer solutions and we genuinely felt they cared about matching us with the right property. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
