My roof light was jammed open and it started to rain. Ben was not in the area, but because it was an emergency, asked me to send photos and videos of the jammed window. He was then able to talk me through how to fix it. What a superstar - he saved our bedroom from being flooded in the pouring rain! Thank you very much Ben, your help was very much appreciated! I couldnt be more pleased with the work performed and the impeccable service provided by Ace Roofing and Building. I was immediately impressed by the way the workmen first introduced themselves to my neighbours informing them of the scheduled works and if they had any questions/concerns. At the start and end of each working day the workmen explained to me what they intend to do and what had been done. Now I cant rate them better or worse than any other company because Ive never had roof replaced before but what I can say is youll be hard pushed to find tradesmen with such high customer service coupled with excellent workmanship.
