The best dry cleaners in Snaresbrook. The man has done alterations on a zac Posen dress, extensive repairs to a very detailed couture dress from Zac Posen second collection, and repairs to a Z Posen for target bolero jacket, as well as alterations and repairs to Jaeger, and other clothes. Ive turned up early afternoon and hes had my clothes dry cleaned and ready by 5pm, couldnt ask for better. Between this place and Wanstead dry cleaners, I am really spoilt. I used to use Jeeves of Belgravia, but no longer need to use them now I have this dry cleaners. I recommend them above all other dry cleaners now. Edit: After reading other negative reviews, I can see a common theme. The owner is awful. Huge ego, very aggressive. *DO NOT* use this dry cleaners for dry cleaning or alteration services, especially for high value items. Not worth the risk. Im local and have used it a few times but never again! I had a dress altered and ruined (cant be repaired) by their tailor and the owner, whose name is Adulrahman, was EXTREMELY rude. When I called to ask for a refund he was combative, aggressive and unprofessional despite the fact that the dress has very clearly been ruined by the tailor. He was trying his hardest to mansplain why it wasnt his fault to avoid giving me my money but back in the end he reluctantly gave me a refund. He was more concerned about the money *he* would lose, as opposed to my dress his tailor ruined. He literally said, if I give you your money back, Im out of 15 - meanwhile I can no longer where my dress. Mistakes happen but based on the way this handled, I had to leave a review warning others. A brilliant dry cleaners and leather repair shop which we are lucky to have in Wanstead. They repaired my Dr Martens bag and gave it a new lease of life and have also been helpful when my ironing has piled up alongside my dry cleaning! Always jolly and friendly too :)

Great service as always! I rang in the morning to see if they could get 4 items shortened and back to me the same day as I needed them urgently. They said they could manage it and they did a perfect job and had them back to me by 3pm. Really impressed, friendly staff too!

Great service for a recent zip repair - I was called to check on what Id like the replacement zip to look like and then again when my coat was ready to collect. All completed in a day too. Highly recommend!
