        Its receptionist roulette at this surgery. Sometimes they are friendly and helpful but often they are scolding and dismissive. Doctors/Nurses are nice enough.

        Been coming here since i was 12. Now to get an appointment is practically impossible but you can call up on the day. Avoid seeing anyone but a qualified doctor, those physio's etc are useless and dont know what they are talking about. Recommended a blood test then didnt provide an appointment just went awol.

        I and my family are registered with Wanstead Place Surgery for the last 10 years. I just wanted to thank the staff at Wanstead Place Surgery who have always been very helpful. A particular thanks to Dr. Mohan Kumar who patiently listens to my health issues and provides good guidance in controlling my diabetes and referral to hospital consultants when needed. Both my husband and I are happy with the health care provided by Wanstead Place Surgery.
