Wanstead Village Dental & Health Centre

Everyone who has been through terrible services based on this dental practice I will advise contacting a dental law firm as issue with this quality of service based on the receptionist and dentist is terrible and will continue to be until we work together to provide a solution. As they only seem respond to based on the fact I made a complaint to the nhs and made negligence claim.

This place is terrible. I would rather go to an NHS practice hours away then come here. I told the dentist the x ray is hurting me but she was forcing me to do it asking me to apply pressure on my chin which didnt work. I told her no and she said that I have to. If I dont want to I dont need to, its my decision she just dont give up whatever it is for money or else. Now I have bruising and my mouth is in pain. These dentists dont have the right qualifications clearly.

Do not come to this place. Unfriendly receptionist, the blonde lady. Extremely rude. I was waiting at the front to pay whilst she was too busy on FaceTime to someone. I find this very disrespectful. She also made me wait 40 minutes for my check up appointment as the previous person came late and she let them go before me. When I went in with my family the dentist had inappropriate music playing that I dont want my children to hear yet it was playing whilst having their teeth checked!!!

I have been a patient of this practice for many years. The staff are wonderful - all very friendly and helpful. Regular appointments take a while to get, but that is to be expected at any NHS dentist. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Have only had bad experiences with this clinic. Went there with my mom twice and only felt like they were racist toward us. Never been treated like that in a clinic. Tried to tell us we need treatment that we clearly didnt need and cost a lot. Wouldnt recommend anyone to go there and specially dont choose that Indian dentist, she makes you feel horrible.
