Amazing service! Cant help but notice when I was shopping a Cust mentioning issue with a parcel service that the store doesnt even provide. Staff delt with issue amazingly and its a go to store for me!!!

Tried to drop off a DHL pre-paid return parcel, as instructed by DHL. Received the rudest service ever from the owner, and who wouldnt provide a receipt of collection - vital for a return service to prove youve returned something. Decided to use an alternative collection point, and suggest you do the same.

I came on here to write about my recent experience and Im unsurprised to see that many others have had the same. At least its not just me! DO NOT bother trying to send an Evri parcel through these guys. Trying to guess when theyll accept them is like some incredibly lame and time consuming game of Russian roulette. Theres no rhyme or reason, but theres always an excuse communicated rudely. Save your time and go to the Jet garage up the road.

Don't bother even trying to send anything from here, the printer is NEVER working! Evri should stop all services with them, they just can't be bothered to pay for the printer scanner to be fixed or may be it's some other cost they just won't pay up. But still get income from the delivery services no doubt... Same now in the Best One at the Jet garage! I'll use another provider in Snaresbrook from now on... I contacted Evri and and got nowhere... New message from chat. Chatbot Icon Ezra Agent says, Hi, I'm Ezra. How can I help you today? Chatbot Icon Ezra Agent says, Save time with an option below or tell us in your own words You You replied with, I have been told by my nearest Evri drop off point to contact you regarding their scanner machine that isn't working...it rarely works! I put a negative review on Google and got blasted for it. Best One Wanstead said it's your fault the machine isn't working and I should contact you...
